Our engineers conduct visual inspections of commercial and multifamily properties to help identify potential system failures. Based on the findings of our evaluation, our reports provide professional opinions and recommendations aligned with maintenance strategies and the potential investment goals of buyers, investors, and property managers.
Three Inspection Options
- Commercial Building Inspection (CBI): A visual assessment of a property’s overall condition, with a focus on some of the key components such as the structure, envelope, and MEP systems to help identify visible deficiencies.
- Enhanced Building Inspection (EBI): Includes the CBI scope plus a review of available property documentation and a 10-year capital budget projection to help anticipate cash flow requirements.
- Property Condition Assessment (PCA): Our most comprehensive tier, often required by lenders, which includes municipal compliance research and a Repair/Replacement Cost Table.
